I. A.M.-Right Solutions LLC. was founded by Chief Executive Officer Keith Howard to share his formula for success after 30 years of public safety experience. Over the course of Keith’s career, he has had success in investigations, academics, and management.

Investigations

Keith worked for 15 years with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. While at the GBI, Keith trained as a criminal profiler through a collaborative fellowship with the International Criminal Investigative Analysis Fellowship and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Keith has participated in numerous international and national criminal investigations to include the Jon Benet Ramsey investigation. Several of Keith’s cases have been featured on the television show Body of Evidence and he contributed to the last chapter of Mark Pettit’s book A Need to Kill. Keith has conducted several behavioral interviews with serial offenders giving him a unique insight into the mind of evil.

Academics

Keith has worked for over 20 years as an adjunct professor teaching a variety of criminal justice-related courses. Keith teaches deviant behavior for Columbus State University Command College, criminal behavior, criminal investigations, homicide and serial killers for Thomas University, and intro to criminal justice for Reinhardt University. While serving as the Georgia Public Safety Training Center’s Academy Director in the position of Assistant Director, Keith orchestrated the revision of the criminal investigative training lessons and creation of numerous certifications to include the updated Crime Scene Specialists Certification. As an Inspector with the Board of Regents Police, Keith developed a specific curriculum for the Board of Regents University System of Georgia called Policing in a Higher Education Environment for the 850 University System police officers that reflect the 21st Century Policing on College Campuses. Keith is also a three-term elected member of the Morgan County Board of Education. As a BOE member, Keith is collaborating on a 55 million dollar enhancement to the Morgan County School System to include a Career Academy.

Management

Keith was the Assistant Special Agent In-Charge of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation’s Crime Analysis Unit which coordinated the state’s crime scene specialists, child abuse specialists, and criminal profilers. He branded the GBI crime scene unit vehicles and vests and started the GBI crime scene training program in collaboration with the University of Tennessee’s Innovation Center. Keith served as the Georgia Public Safety Training Center’s Academy Director in the position of Assistant Director where is provided oversight in the restoration of the training center’s aging infrastructure while implementing an electronic registration system and innovative online learning system. It was Keith’s leadership that helped to secure the million-dollar funding for the School Shoot House in which live-fire exercises are conducted.  Since November 2017, Keith has served as the Chief Deputy of the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office providing oversight in managing uniform patrol, school resource deputies, training unit, detention facility, court services, and investigations unit.
